If you are experiencing difficulties accessing our FTP Server, you can either call our Help Desk on (03) 8585 2100 or read through the FAQ below.



If you have lost your password and/or username, please complete our FTP Password Recovery Form.



Where can I get a Username and Password?
Usernames and passwords are delegated to clients upon completion of our FTP Registration Form. This process takes about 24 hours to complete, and you will be notified via email to proceed to log in once your details are entered into our system.

I've lost my password, how can I recover it?
For security reasons, we do not have access to your password once it is initially supplied to you. To have your password reset, fill out the FTP Password Recovery Form and you will be notified via email or telehpone within 24 hours with your new password.

Can I use a third-party FTP program to access your FTP Site?
Yes. We recommend users to log in via one of these programs, as they are easy to use and usually much faster than using a web based FTP transfer. Click here for a list of recommended third-party FTP Programs.

Where can I get a third-party FTP program?
We recommend WS-FTP (shareware/evaluation) or CuteFTP (shareware/evaluation) for transfers, although any FTP program will work. Click here for a list of recommended third-party FTP Programs.

What are the parameters for using WS-FTP or CuteFTP?
The hostname or address is ftp.dynamicdirect.com.au and your username and password are those supplied to you when you completed your Application Form and received your confirmation email. Click here for a screen-shot of the WS-FTP Login Screen.
