The name, Dynamic-View, aptly describes the solution: the product is aimed at providing an initial service of electronic, on-screen document presentation, yet its ability extends far beyond this scope.

The time and cost of printing and posting a significant proportion of regular customer documents is eliminated (although any rejected e-mail notification automatically generates a printed copy for envelope mailing), while customers’ essential information is more immediately and readily accessible.

Dynamic-View archives these documents electronically and stores them securely in one location, accessible from any internet-enabled workstation on your network.

Dynamic-View is designed to improve your customer service at all levels: faster distribution of essential customer documents, improved call centre productivity, reduced problem resolution time and, ultimately, maximised customer satisfaction.

With Dynamic-View, your call centre staff have on-screen access to the same documents that the calling customer has, helping them to resolve customer queries more quickly and efficiently … eliminating the downtime involved in a time-intensive search for documents, or a costly referral to a more senior staff member.

Dynamic-View greatly enhances the likelihood of first-call resolution and reduces the need for a customer call-back (approximately 20% of calls are repeats).

Document retrieval is managed according to your own indexing criteria and log-in authority specifications. Data or information sets are indexed at the time they are scanned or loaded for archiving, and the index becomes part of your search facility for rapid retrieval of any document archived through Dynamic-View.

Security is significantly enhanced: as customer-related information is centrally archived, unnecessary duplication is eliminated and access is more tightly controlled. Access to any document varies according to each individual’s authorised log-in security level, and is further set according to each document’s assigned type and group.

Customer privacy is safe-guarded, security policy and business rules are centrally managed, and all intellectual property is protected.

Business-to-Customer (B2C)
Our well-proven IBM-based software allows you to e-mail each customer directly to notify them that their document is ready to view on-line in a secure, confidential, PIN-protected site accessed from your website. While hosted by Dynamic Direct, the transition to this site is seamlessly integrated and appears to your customer to be part of your own network ... they have the confidence of full privacy engendered through their familiarity with your own established security protocols, and there is immediate access to the information they or your staff require.

Customers can have historical documents at their fingertips, on demand … a huge advantage, for example, for tracking transaction history or for taxation purposes. They can print their own copies, or save their documents to their own hard disk.
