About Us - Overview

Dynamic Direct commenced operations in 1987 in response to a need in the essential communications market for a specialist mailhouse, responsive to the need for commitment to meeting mail schedules with total accuracy in production and reconciliation. Our approach has been to deliver high levels of personalised service combined with accurate and efficient delivery.

Since our inception we have continually invested in technology and staff development in order to place Dynamic at the forefront of the industry. The company has been positioned to offer flexible and innovative solutions to meet our clients’ mail communication needs.

As the company has grown we have never lost sight of our founding commitment to customer service and quality production output.

This philosophy has seen Dynamic Direct grow from a small mail processing facility to become a sophisticated communications service provider employing some 130 staff.

Dynamic Direct is 100% Australian owned. The founding directors, Merv O’Gradie and Peter Hayes remain the proprietors of the company, and maintain an active day to day involvement in the business.
